Finally got around to playing this, I love the circular nature of this one! For a short piece the setting was both mysterious and interesting. The graphics were very cute and I loved the aesthetic you went with for this one! Also can't complain about a game where you get to subject yourself to 'that' over and over again. If I have any feedback, it's that your player is kind of difficult to see sometimes in CRT mode and/or against the white snow background. Still; Love this one fang!

I agree about the crt. Thank you for playing & I'm glad you enjoyed the game & all its 'features' ;3

I love the atmosphere of the inevitable but daunting quest they give you to start with turning quickly into sending you to die against something you never had a chance with. That made the subsequent loops have gravity

I'm glad you enjoyed its repeating nature. I wanted to create the atmosphere that your agency was removed, and that you were marching your way to your own undoing. Its my smallest project yet, but I feel like it still hits the tone I was going for.

I'm not sure but I suspect you may have "convent" and "covenant" confused.

I think I should have used the word "Coven" instead :/ Hmm, I'll see if I can update it soon.

I like the subtle world building, what there is anyway. Mostly I just want a longer game in this style with more to do.

Thanks, I've had a few people tell me that actually, so I might be open to it ^^

I do love a morbid little game. Was interesting interacting the the final NPC to see what it could offer me. I like the idea that it put me in its place.

Thanks! ^^ I like to think so as well. If I ever were to make this concept into a bigger title, I would probably have a larger emphasis on the circular nature of what the covenant is doing.
